This policy applies to the Debt Wayfinder app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

What Debt Wayfinder does
Debt Wayfinder is a debt payoff calculation, planning, and tracking tool. You choose what to enter, which may include debt names, lender names, balances, interest rates, minimum payments, due dates, payment and statement-reconciliation records, optional annual gross compensation, and optional account suffixes. Results are estimates based on your inputs.
Debt Wayfinder does not connect to bank accounts, move money, make payments, lend, broker loans, verify income, decide affordability, trade or hold assets, or provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
On-device processing and storage
Financial calculations run on your device. When iCloud is unavailable or you choose a local workflow, app data remains in the app's local storage. Debt Wayfinder does not operate an independent account system or developer-controlled financial-data server.
Private iCloud and backups
When iCloud is available, Debt Wayfinder may store app data in your private CloudKit database so it can sync between devices signed in to your Apple Account. You may also create separate private iCloud backup snapshots. A snapshot reflects the data at the time it was created and is not automatically updated by sync.
Apple processes iCloud and CloudKit data under Apple's applicable terms and privacy policy. The developer cannot use your private CloudKit database for advertising or sell its contents.
Purchases
Annual Pro and Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Debt Wayfinder reads product information and cryptographically verified entitlement status to unlock features. The developer does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple may retain transaction records under its own policies.
Notifications and diagnostics
Local notification permission is requested only when you enable a payment reminder. Notification content is created on your device.
Debt Wayfinder uses Apple's unified logging for privacy-safe operational events. Logs do not include balances, rates, compensation, lender names, account suffixes, payment records, or user-entered free text, and they are not automatically sent to the developer. If you contact support, you decide whether to share a technical summary or Apple crash report.
Advertising, analytics, and other apps
Debt Wayfinder does not include third-party advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data-broker sharing. It shows clearly labeled recommendations for other apps from the same developer. Financial information and cross-app behavior are not used to personalize those recommendations. Debt Wayfinder does not currently collect recommendation impressions or clicks.
Your controls
You can export a JSON copy of your app data and delete current app data from Data & Privacy. If iCloud sync is active, deletion is expected to sync to your other devices. Separate backup snapshots are managed independently and can be deleted individually. Apple-controlled retention may require additional time to expire.
Children and policy changes
Debt Wayfinder is not directed to children. This policy will be updated before materially different data uses are introduced, including third-party analytics, personalized advertising, bank connectivity, or developer-operated cloud processing.

還款羅盤的用途
還款羅盤是債務清償試算、規劃與紀錄工具。你自行選擇輸入的資料，可能包含債務與貸款機構名稱、餘額、利率、最低付款、到期日、付款與帳單核對紀錄、選填的年度稅前總薪酬，以及選填的帳戶末碼。所有結果都是依輸入資料產生的估算。
還款羅盤不連結銀行帳戶、不移轉資金、不代為付款、不放款或媒合貸款、不驗證收入、不判斷負擔能力、不交易或保管資產，也不提供個人化投資、法律、稅務或財務建議。
裝置端處理與儲存
金融試算在你的裝置上執行。iCloud 不可用或採用本機流程時，App 資料保存在 App 的本機儲存空間。還款羅盤沒有自建帳號系統，也沒有由開發者控制的金融資料伺服器。
私人 iCloud 與備份
iCloud 可用時，還款羅盤可能把 App 資料保存在你的 private CloudKit database，讓登入相同 Apple 帳號的裝置同步。你也可以建立獨立的私人 iCloud 備份快照；快照只反映建立當下的資料，不會隨同步自動更新。
Apple 依適用條款與隱私權政策處理 iCloud／CloudKit 資料。開發者不會把 private CloudKit database 用於廣告，也不會出售其中內容。
購買
年度 Pro 與永久 Pro 由 Apple 透過 StoreKit 處理。還款羅盤會讀取商品資料與經密碼學驗證的權益狀態以解鎖功能；開發者不會收到或保存完整付款卡資料。Apple 可能依其政策保存交易紀錄。
通知與診斷
只有在你啟用付款提醒時，App 才會要求本機通知權限；通知內容在裝置上建立。
還款羅盤使用 Apple 統一記錄系統保存隱私安全的運作事件。Log 不包含餘額、利率、薪酬、貸款機構、帳戶末碼、付款紀錄或使用者自由輸入文字，也不會自動傳送給開發者。聯絡支援時，由你決定是否分享技術摘要或 Apple crash report。
廣告、分析與其他 App
還款羅盤不含第三方廣告、第三方分析、跨 App 追蹤或資料經紀商分享。App 會清楚標示並推薦同一開發者的其他 App；不會用金融資料或跨 App 行為進行個人化。目前也不蒐集推薦曝光或點擊。
你的控制權
你可以在「資料與隱私權」匯出 JSON 副本或刪除目前 App 資料。iCloud 同步啟用時，刪除預期會同步到其他裝置。獨立備份快照分開管理，可逐一刪除；由 Apple 管理的保留資料可能需要額外時間才會到期。
兒童與政策更新
還款羅盤並非以兒童為對象。若未來加入第三方分析、個人化廣告、銀行連結或開發者自建雲端處理等重大不同用途，會先更新本政策與 App Store 隱私權回答。
