隱私政策
Offer vs Stay（以下簡稱「本 App」）以 local-first 方式處理你的職涯與薪酬資料。
1. 我們處理的資料
你可輸入薪資方案、公司與職稱、成本、股權、職涯歷程、年度薪酬與偏好設定。這些資料只用於 App 內的比較、追蹤、同步與備份功能，不會用於第三方廣告、跨 App 追蹤、廣告或推薦個人化、分析或販售。
2. 裝置與私人 iCloud
資料先儲存在你的裝置。登入 iCloud 且服務可用時，Apple 的私人 CloudKit 資料庫可在你的裝置間同步資料；你建立的手動 .ovsbackup 快照則存放在你的 iCloud Drive。開發者不會收到、保存或讀取這些職涯與薪酬內容。Apple 會依其服務條款與隱私政策處理 iCloud。
3. 購買
Pro 永久買斷與年度自動續訂由 Apple App Store 與 StoreKit 處理。開發者不會取得你的付款卡或銀行資料；App 只讀取驗證解鎖與訂閱有效期所需的商品及交易資格狀態。
4. 第三方服務與開發者推薦
本 App 不含第三方廣告、分析或追蹤 SDK，也不會把資料傳給開發者自建伺服器或資料仲介。本 App 可能以清楚標示的原生卡片或 App Store 介面，推薦同一開發者的其他產品；推薦內容不會依你的薪資、公司、職稱、股權、職涯歷程、偏好設定、CloudKit 或 iCloud Drive 資料進行個人化，也不會用於跨 App 追蹤或廣告成效衡量。
5. 保留與刪除
刪除 App 可移除裝置上的本機資料。你可在 App 的「設定 → 備份、還原與刪除備份」刪除個別手動備份；CloudKit 與 iCloud Drive 中的其餘資料可透過 Apple Account 的 iCloud 儲存空間管理功能移除。同步或刪除可能依網路與 iCloud 狀態需要一些時間。
6. 你的選擇與聯絡

Privacy Policy
Offer vs Stay (the “App”) handles your career and compensation data using a local-first design.
1. Data the App handles
You may enter compensation scenarios, company and role details, costs, equity, career history, annual compensation, and preferences. This data is used only for the App’s comparison, tracking, sync, and backup features. It is not used for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, advertising or recommendation personalization, analytics, or sale.
2. On-device and private iCloud storage
Data is stored on your device first. When you are signed in to iCloud and the service is available, Apple’s private CloudKit database can sync data between your devices. Manual .ovsbackup snapshots you create are stored in your iCloud Drive. The developer does not receive, retain, or read this career and compensation content. Apple processes iCloud data under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Purchases
Pro Lifetime and the auto-renewable Pro Annual subscription are processed by Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment card or bank details. The App reads only product and transaction entitlement status needed to verify access and the subscription period.
4. Third-party services and developer recommendations
The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. It does not transmit your data to developer-operated servers or data brokers. The App may use clearly labeled native cards or App Store interfaces to recommend other products from the same developer. Recommendations are not personalized using your compensation, company, role, equity, career history, preferences, CloudKit, or iCloud Drive data, and are not used for cross-app tracking or advertising measurement.
5. Retention and deletion
Deleting the App removes local data from that device. You can delete individual manual backups in Settings → Backup, Restore & Delete Backups. Remaining CloudKit and iCloud Drive data can be removed using your Apple Account’s iCloud storage management controls. Sync or deletion may take time depending on network and iCloud status.
6. Your choices and contact
You may use local storage without signing in to iCloud. For privacy or data-handling questions, contact us through the public Support page.
